Therapy isn't one size fits all

Mental Health Therapy
Feelings of uncontrollable worry, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, and irritability are some signs of excessive stress and anxiety. Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, constant exhaustion, lack of motivation, insomnia, or hypersomnia are some indications of depression and grief. You are not alone and you don't have to continue to feel that way. Talk therapy has been proven to assist people with finding joy and meaning in their lives again.

Identity Therapy
Struggling to figure out who you are? Identity therapy does just that by helping you to understand who you are beneath roles, expectations, and reactive responses that feel out of your control so you can live with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

We'll explore values, boundaries, beliefs, culture, and self-concept, and examine how these have been shaped by life experiences, relationships, and trauma. Ultimately allowing you to choose who you are in this season of your life.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach used to treat trauma, adverse life experiences, and a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and negative self-beliefs.

When something painful, traumatic, or emotionally intense happens, the brain can sometimes get “stuck.” Instead of fully processing the experience and filing it away as the past, it stays active in the nervous system. This can show up as anxiety, emotional triggers, negative beliefs about yourself, body sensations, or feeling like you are reliving parts of what happened.

Sex Therapy
Sex Therapy creates a space for individuals to learn how to improve their communication within their intimate relationships, heal from sexualized trauma, emphasize self-awareness, increase sexual agency. Much of our work will consider identity as a sexual being, childhood beliefs that create barriers from having an active, fulfilling, and pleasurable sex life.
